Rushden Lakes Factory Outlet Centre, Rushden, Northamptonshire

Rushden Lakes is a new factory outlet development proposed by Howard Holdings Plc on the vacant site of a former leisure centre, of some 9 hectares and occupies a prime drive by location having substantial frontage to the A45 in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

The scheme, to be developed in two phases, will comprise a total retail and leisure offer with 23,000 sqm (247,500 sq ft) of net lettable area in over 100 units, including cafes, restaurants and hotel, all set within 270 acres of woodland having a lakeside backdrop, marina, and nature reserve.

The first phase will comprise approximately 15,000 sqm (161,000 sq ft and there will be 1,800 free car parking spaces.
